Mr. Mahmood Saeed, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, is a distinguished finance and tax professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Silvertech Consulting Services (Private) Limited.
As a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), he brings a wealth of expertise in Stretegic Planning, Business Management, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Auditing Standards (IAS), Tax Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
His career spans two decades as a Partner in leading public accounting firms, including PKF F.R.A.N.T.S. Chartered Accountants and Hussain Rathore & Co., Chartered Accountants, followed by his current leadership role in the corporate sector.
Career Highlights
Mr. Mahmood’s career began with foundational roles at Islamabad Marriott Hotel, and Aslam Malik & Co. Chartered Accountants, where he honed his basic accounting and audit skills.
He later joined Hussain Rathore & Co. Chartered Accountants in 1999, rising to Partner in 2004. Over two decades, he led statutory audits, tax advisory, and compliance for multinational clients, ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations. His responsibilities included audit planning, risk assessment, financial statement preparation, and developing internal controls. He also spearheaded Tax Compliance, Tax Planning and Structuring, HR Policy Frameworks, and Human Resource Management.
In 2009, he became a Partner at PKF F.R.A.N.T.S., Chartered Accountants, part of PKF International’s global network, where he managed cross-border engagements and advised on complex regulatory matters.
Transitioning to industry in 2024, he assumed the CEO role at Silvertech Consulting Services (Private) Limited driving strategic growth and innovation in student placement and corporate advisory services. In his capacity of CEO, he spearheads strategic initiatives, business development, and client relations to position the company as a leader in consultancy and student placement services with focus on innovation, sustainable growth, and value creation.

A merit scholar, Mr. Saeed secured the 8th position in his B. Com degree from Punjab University. He has participated in global workshops on IFRS, taxation, financial modelling, and corporate governance, and maintains active memberships with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK), Rawalpindi/Islamabad Tax Bar Association, and Productivity Association of Pakistan.
